Each item or box goes into a detailed written inventory with condition notes and photo documentation, creating a continuous record of where everything is.
4. Cleaning and secure storage
Where the loss calls for it, items are cleaned during the pack-out so smoke, soot, or moisture can’t keep causing damage. Your belongings then go into their own dedicated, fully enclosed trailer at our monitored, climate-conscious storage facility — never co-mingled with anyone else’s.
5. Return and reinstallation
When restoration is complete, the same inventory guides the return. Belongings are unpacked and placed room by room, and a final walkthrough confirms everything is back.
